Yes, if you have bananas that went dark you can use them for this generous recipe.<\/p>\n<p>Another good thing about this recipe is that you can use walnuts or any other nuts instead of almonds. Or you can put all the remaining almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts you have in your house, but not enough for some other cake or pastry.<\/p>\n<p>Also&hellip;bananas are the source of protein, but you can add to this source some other powder proteins. Of course, those you can buy in a store that sells healthy food or in better-equipped supermarkets. In my case, I used almonds the most.<\/p>\n<p>First, divide wet and dry ingredients in two bowls.<\/p>\n<p>So, in one bowl mix in flour (you can use the combination of wholegrain and rye flour), baking soda, muscat walnut, cinnamon, salt and almonds (or some other nut).<\/p>\n\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24339\" src=\"https:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Hleb-sa-suvim-vocem-i-bademom_14L-1.jpg\" alt=\"The best homemade the healthiest banana bread?\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Hleb-sa-suvim-vocem-i-bademom_14L-1.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Hleb-sa-suvim-vocem-i-bademom_14L-1-230x153.jpg 230w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1200px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, whatever you have) toast a bit on a warm pan before you put them in the mixture with flour.<\/p>\n<p>In the other bowl mix in eggs, coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, squashed bananas, apple puree or sauce, coconut oil and dry fruit.<\/p>\n<p>You can use olive oil instead of coconut oil&hellip;.<\/p>\n<p>Then mix all the wet and dry ingredients into one mixture and stir them well.<\/p>\n<p>Grease the mould with butter and spread the paper.<\/p>\n<p>Pour in the mixture and bake at 170&deg;C for one hour.
