You can also roast a few hot peppers. When the peppers are done, put them into a freezer bag and close it, so that the skin swells and you can remove it more easily. Leave them be for a while. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Bake peppers, tomato, and garlic all together in the oven. Peel the skin off the tomato as best as you can.  <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>While the peppers, tomato and garlic are being baked, put the hazelnuts, almonds and walnuts (optional) in a cloth so that they don't fall out and rub them so that the dry skin comes off. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Then fry them in a pan on medium temperature.  <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Then fry them in a pan on medium temperature.  <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Add salt, pepper, olive oil and a little bit of vinegar. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them all together. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Add salt, pepper, olive oil and a little bit of vinegar. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Serve with fish, white meat or pasta. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>I am also sure that you already made your winter&nbsp;preserves with traditional flavors of your country of origin. I made ajvar, roasted peppers &hellip;and other traditional things from Serbia.<\/p>\n<p>You can&nbsp;eat this amazing traditional Spanish sauce with red roasted peppers in so many different ways.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Spanski-romesco-sos-2L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9019 size-full\" title=\"&scaron;panski romesco sos\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Spanski-romesco-sos-2L.jpg\" alt=\"Spanish romesco sauce recipe\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Romesco sauce is also known as <strong>Catalan sauce<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>How to make a traditional Spanish romesco dip?<\/h2>\n<p>First, you will need red peppers.&nbsp; At the fresh market, you can also take those that at first glance do not look very&nbsp;nice and for sure those that are cheaper.<\/p>\n<p>Roast them in the oven or better on the grill if you have that option. Both sides of the peppers have to be roasted.<\/p>\n<p>I do not know how you feel about the smell from the oven, but I simply adore it. The smell of&nbsp;roasted coffee and peppers is so amazing \ud83d\ude42&nbsp; Love it!<\/p>\n<p>For this step, you need about 20 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 &deg; C<\/p>\n<p>When they are baked, place them in a nylon freezer bag, and let them cool down, so that they can be easily cleaned.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Spanski-romesco-sos-L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9018 size-full\" title=\"&scaron;panski romesco sos\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Spanski-romesco-sos-L.jpg\" alt=\"Spanish romesco sauce recipe\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s <strong>optional<\/strong> to bake some hot peppers together with red peppers if you want to substitute dry chili that goes into this recipe.<\/p>\n<p>For the Spanish romesco dip, you also need hazelnuts, almonds &hellip; I added a little bit of walnut, again traditional home-grown \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Spanski-romesco-sos-11L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-9015\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Spanski-romesco-sos-11L.jpg\" alt=\"Spanish romesco sauce recipe\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>It would be good to somehow&nbsp;peel off the hazelnut, almond and also the walnut skin. If&nbsp;you don&rsquo;t like doing it that&rsquo;s ok &hellip;&nbsp;grind them together with&nbsp;skin &hellip; it will not&nbsp;tingle in&nbsp;the throat \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>If you have decided to remove the skin, these are some options:<\/p>\n<h3>Almonds<\/h3>\n<p>Buy raw (with skin) almonds and blanch them into the mixture of boiled water and 3 tablespoons of baking soda. Or a much better option &ndash; hop to the market and buy already blanched almonds without skin \ud83d\ude42 .<\/p>\n<h3>Hazelnuts and walnuts, and&nbsp;also almonds<\/h3>\n<p>Put the nuts in the dry&nbsp;kitchen cloth, tie it at the top and roll it on a flat surface<\/p>\n<p>Then, fry all those nuts in the pan for 1-2 minutes, put them in a blender and grind to get the Spanish romesco dip.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Spanski-romesco-sos-4L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9023 size-full\" title=\"&scaron;panski romesco sos\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Spanski-romesco-sos-4L.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>You also need tomato&hellip;I used the home-grown cherry&hellip;but you can use the regular home-grown as well \ud83d\ude42 Or even better &ndash; type oxheart, it&rsquo;s a bit sweeter \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>When all this is done, put it in the oven together with the peppers and bake it&hellip;the flavour is going to be fantastic.<\/p>\n<p>The garlic also goes into the oven&hellip;to boost the flavour.<\/p>\n<p>Having peeled peppers, garlic and tomato after baking, put them into blender and grind.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Spanski-romesco-sos-13L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9017 size-full\" title=\"&scaron;panski romesco sos\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/09\/Spanski-romesco-sos-13L.jpg\" alt=\"Spanish romesco sauce recipe\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Then comes the part that doesn&rsquo;t go into the pan or the oven but directly into the ground roasted peppers, tomato and garlic.
