Add powdered gelatine prepared according to the instructions on the bag  into the mixture. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Prepare the mold for the cake. Spread the melted butter along the edges of the mold and put the baking paper around it. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>First pour the crust mixture into the mold and spread evenly across the bottom all the way to the edges of the mold with your fingers so that we can get a thin base onto which we later put the cheese mixture. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Then we add the cheese mixture and leave it into the fridge for 2-3 hours. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>When the cake is a bit tighter, you need to decorate it with strawberries, mint leaves, grated white chocolate or cocoa like in the pictures. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>I mixed it out of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>ricotta cheese<\/strong> (the substitute can be cream cheese, unsalted cottage cheese)<\/p>\n<p><strong>mascarpone cheese<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>whipped cream&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>vanilla<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>and different kinds of <strong>stone fruit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To be honest, <strong>it&rsquo;s made out of leftovers<\/strong>&hellip;all that was left from preparations of some previous pastries.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_25L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8630 size-full\" title=\"creamy strawberry cake\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_25L.jpg\" alt=\"creamy strawberry cake\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>And what&rsquo;s left is so little that you can&rsquo;t do anything else but to mix it all together in the same pot.<\/p>\n<p>I did it and got this magnificent creamy strawberry cake&hellip;not only one, but two \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<h2>Creamy strawberry cake<\/h2>\n<h3>Step 1<\/h3>\n<p>I had a bit of (you can find the precise measures in the recipe at the end of this text) almonds, walnuts, ground biscuits, raisins, cocoa.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8610\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 610px;\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda-L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8610\" title=\"creamy strawberry cake\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda-L.jpg\" alt=\"creamy strawberry cake\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8610\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-8610\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">A little bit of everything, and in the middle is what I got<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>I soaked raisins into rum and let them be for 15 to 20 minutes. In the meantime, I put all the stone fruit in the blender and mixed them all up, added 2 spoons of coconut oil, 1 vanilla pod (substitute is 1 and a half teaspoon of vanilla flavour).<\/p>\n<p>When raisins got soaked up I transferred them into the blender and added a spoon of rum in which they were soaked.<\/p>\n<p>Mix it all together and you&rsquo;ll get the base for the non-baking cake.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8614\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 610px;\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_6L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8614\" title=\"creamy strawberry cake\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_6L.jpg\" alt=\"creamy strawberry cake\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8614\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-8614\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">When you mix everything together this is what you get<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The texture looks like this and you can shape it easily:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8615\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 610px;\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_8L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8615\" title=\"creamy strawberry cake\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_8L.jpg\" alt=\"creamy strawberry cake\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8615\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-8615\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Strawberry cake&rsquo;s base texture<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Step 2<\/h3>\n<p>In the other bowl you have to prepare the whipped cream with powdered sugar and add whipped cream fix (to stabilize whipped cream, it&rsquo;s bought at the same spot as the powdered sugar), so you can get whipped cream.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8617\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 610px;\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_12L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8617\" title=\"creamy strawberry cake\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_12L.jpg\" alt=\"creamy strawberry cake\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8617\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-8617\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Sweet cream with powdered sugar<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Step 3<\/h3>\n<p>Mix it ricotta, mascarpone, a vanilla pod in the third bowl and you&rsquo;ll get the essence of this cake, then gradually mix it with the whipped cream.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8619\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 610px;\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_14L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8619\" title=\"creamy strawberry cake\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_14L.jpg\" alt=\"creamy strawberry cake\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8619\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-8619\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">I put together the cheeses and vanilla<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The texture looks like this, and the little black spots are from vanilla<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8618\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 610px;\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_13L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8618\" title=\"creamy strawberry cake\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_13L.jpg\" alt=\"creamy strawberry cake\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8618\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-8618\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Texture<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Also, melt one and a half bag of powdered gelatine according to the instruction on the bag and put it into the mixture of cheeses and whipped cream.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 4<\/h3>\n<p>Prepare the mold (I had one square and one round) where you will pour your cake in.<\/p>\n<p>Spread the melted butter around the edges of the mold and sheathe it with baking paper. Cut the baking paper so that it can fit the mold, but let it stick out of it a bit, like in the picture:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8616\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 610px;\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_9L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8616\" title=\"creamy strawberry cake\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_9L.jpg\" alt=\"creamy strawberry cake\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8616\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-8616\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The preparation of the mold<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h3>Step 5<\/h3>\n<p>First put the non-baking crust mixture and spread it evenly across the entire mold with your fingers, then pour the cheese mixture in and flatten it.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_8620\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" style=\"width: 610px;\">\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_15L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-8620\" title=\"creamy strawberry cake\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_15L.jpg\" alt=\"creamy strawberry cake\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-8620\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-8620\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">This is how it looks like when the mold is filled with the crust and cheese fillings<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Now that this dessert is done, put it in the fridge for about 2-3 hours.<\/p>\n<p>If you want ice cream, at this stage you can put it in the freezer for the same amount of time and it will be really refreshing in these summer days.<\/p>\n<p>Because after this you just have to add strawberries and decoration.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_28L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8633 size-full\" title=\"creamy strawberry cake\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/Kremasta-torta-od-jagoda_28L.jpg\" alt=\"creamy strawberry cake\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Decoration<\/h2>\n<p>I made two cakes (smaller sized) from the material that I had. By the way, there was enough material for a cake of a 23 cm diameter (this is the size of the mold you can get).
