Add chopped fruit, vegetables and meat into that mixture. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>Put it all into Crock Pot, set at high temperature and cook it for 4 hours. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li>When the dish is done, serve it with some rice or noodles. <\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>However, until then, we have to eat something. It is time to take frozen food for Crock Pot out of the freezer, since we&rsquo;ve put it there for the rainy days, which are now.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Food-Saver-Crock-Pot_7.png\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5873\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/Food-Saver-Crock-Pot_7.png\" alt=\"Food Saver Crock Pot\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>If you still not remember what our frozen food (for Crock Pot) preparation looked like, please read <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">this.<\/span>&nbsp;Perhaps while you&rsquo;re enjoying the &bdquo;Sweet and sour pork&ldquo; recipe, you can also save some money.<\/p>\n<h2>Sweet and sour pork<\/h2>\n<p>Let&rsquo;s remind what we have to chop to here, in order to look like a Chinese meal.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/CrockPot-Svinjetina-u-ljuto-kiselom-sosu_13L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-7363\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/CrockPot-Svinjetina-u-ljuto-kiselom-sosu_13L.jpg\" alt=\"Svinjetina u sosu\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Pork, but it&rsquo;s best if it&rsquo;s shoulder, because of the juices it will create. The Chinese like smaller pieces, so why wouldn&rsquo;t we pretend to be Chinese for a while. So, pork shoulder cut into smaller pieces.<\/p>\n<p>We&rsquo;we added some ginger (you can also add the fresh one, same amount), garlic, chopped red pepper, a cup of onion. Also, add a cup of fresh pineapple (or canned pineapple as a substitute), soy sauce, brown sugar, starch, powder red pepper and apple vinegar.<\/p>\n<p>We&rsquo;ve chopped and combined everything in one dish, put it into a vacuum bag and vacuumed it with Food Saver.<\/p>\n<p>You can keep it in the freezer prepared like that up to 6 months, and it&rsquo;s about time to take it out after that.<\/p>\n<p>We&rsquo;ve simply taken out that &lsquo;pork in sauce&rsquo; bac and put it into Crock Pot, set high temperature and cooked it for 4 hours.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/CrockPot-Svinjetina-u-ljuto-kiselom-sosu_15L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7366\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/CrockPot-Svinjetina-u-ljuto-kiselom-sosu_15L.jpg\" alt=\"Svinjetina u sosu\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We&rsquo;ve solved the meat problem for lunch, but we need some side dish for a complete experience of Chinese food.<\/p>\n<p>I decided for rice, but you can use some noodles too.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/CrockPot-Svinjetina-u-ljuto-kiselom-sosu_12L.jpg\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7361 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/savourytrips.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/CrockPot-Svinjetina-u-ljuto-kiselom-sosu_12L.jpg\" alt=\"Svinjetina u sosu\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I prepared rice following the instructions at the back of the bag.
