Years and winter have left consequences on it. Kale is currently &lsquo;in&rsquo; worldwide, especially as one of the smoothie combinations. Although at first I thought, &lsquo;yuck&rsquo;, terrible&hellip; who could eat, i.e. drink that; the amount of recipes and recommendations made me try it in some combinations after all. Since then, I prepare and drink it on regular basis, and the changes on my skin are very visible.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Kale\" rel=\"nofollow noopenner noreferrer\">Kale<\/a> has a positive impact on elimination of toxins from the body. It is a good antioxidant, which protects us from different types of cancer. It should be consumed raw, every day. The combination with which it is made isn&rsquo;t important, it can be drunk with omelet, salads, freshly made juices, smoothies. It is filled with vitamins (A, B, C, K), calcium, so it needn&rsquo;t be boiled, because they then lose the vitamins. It has little calories, a lot of iron and zero fats.<\/p>\n<h3>The rest for kale smoothie<\/h3>\n<p>My suggestion is to add mango and pineapple, because it helps our skin glow, and coconut water hydrates it and makes our skin even younger.<\/p>\n<p>In case you prefer a colder variation, kale is great when frozen. You can determine the thickness of your elixir of youth by&nbsp;the amount of liquid that you add to the fruit mixture. The kind of liquids can be changed to your own taste. In this venture, I added papaya as well (but lowered the amount of mango for &frac12; because of it), because I had some at home, and I didn&rsquo;t want it to go to waste, and I added kiwi for the green color.
